Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (author) The Kew Fungarium holds the most comprehensive collection of fungi in the world, with over 1.25 million fungal specimens, at least 60,000 species and approximately 60% of the world's currently known fungi. Lee Davies, Isabella Miles-Bunch, Roseina Woods and Amy Junnonen are all part of the Fungarium team at Kew.

Alice Pattullo is an illustrator based in East London. She works on commissioned illustrations for a variety of clients and regularly explores British traditions, sayings, rhymes, folklore and superstitions in her work.
