Hobart® Maxal® 4943 is similar to 4043 but provides 50% higher yield strength and 25% higher tensile strength. The general applications for this wire can be found in radiators and air conditioning components, automotive and motorcycle frames, aerospace hardware, ladders and frames, and ship decks. As with 4043, the Maxal 4943 will be used with 100% Argon shielding gas and lays down roughly 14-24 inches per minute.
