The Cold Brew Towers take 2 filters: the reusable ceramic filter that sits at the bottom of the middle beaker and the paper filter that sits on top of the coffee grounds. Both are included in your purchase.

PRO TIP: This tower will work with any coffee. In our testing, we have found that medium to medium-light roasts had the most character in the cup. To clean glass components, rinse after every use. For extra stubborn residue use our Espresso Machine Cleaner to target coffee oils.
