- Dried, hardened skins of squash or similar plants are coated with a mixture of bees wax and pine pitch. Tiny seed beads are placed individually, using a needle to place each one with precision.
- Artists use a technique with beads pressed into beeswax on the bowl
- Incredibly detailed motifs
