This gorgeous design appears to be a garden scene with birds and a flowering foliage on the right side and a bonsai tree on the left. The border completely surrounds the scene in a dark blue with rust and orange flowers with green leaves and gold accents.
Most Imari patterns that I have seen are of similar colors, but those chargers were divided into sections of repeating patterns. The back of the charger has a dark blue decoration around the rim.
