These are my favorite tall antique wooden candlesticks from my collection. They with several of my other treen wooden candlesticks (to be posted) adorned my fireplace mantle for many years. These are a rare find as I have been in search of others over the years with little sightings. As with many antique hand turned candlesticks there may be variations in the set. This set has a slight variation in the size; one is approximately 14 1/2 " and the other is 14 3/4 "tall, while both are approximately 6 1/4 " at the base. What makes them different than what appears in circulation is the size, quality, footed bottom and #1179 numbering as shown in the pictures. Both are in excellent antique/vintage condition .
