This is an incredible once in a lifetime find and looks like it should be worn on stage or just to a very cool party AND I NOW feel validated that MOMA and FIT are considered featuring it in both their famous histories of fashion!!!!
The red kimono pictured is to show how it looks on but is also the only other one of her cardigans available n mine is so much cooler n tasteful while being really fun. This designer Julie Andrews made and signed one of a kind hand painted and decorated kimonos. There is literally only two more available online. If you are a seller you can make four times what I’m selling this for n if you just love fashion I think you will be blown away! It’s signed 1989 with her name. I think I should mention this. I have a small collection of designers who have at one point or another been featured in MoMAs history of fashion. This may be the last decadent n gorgeous kimonos representing 1980s style!
