Manufacturer date June 1999, these lamps were made to hang from the ceiling in lofts, warehouses, and other industrial spaces. 3-prong grounded cord. They were particularly designed to be used in damp places. See pictures 7 & 8 for bulb size. 20" length x 12.5" shade diameter. Excellent condition.
