This is the alex binder by franklin covey. One of my ultimate favorite binders, but have switched planning systems and need to clear out my planners. Beautiful pebbled letter, smaller footprint with 1.25 inch tight rings. Stunning dark orange color. Has a few normal wear and tear scuffs that aren't really noticeable, but please see pictures.
