The off white ashtray stands 1 3/4" tall and measures 9 1/4" x 9 1/2". It is decorated with gold painted stars and gold washed lettering. There are black squiggly lines decorating the white ceramic. This was probably a promotional piece. It is signed on the back--Compliments James H. Napier. I do not know the authenticity of the signature. There are no cracks, chips or repairs, with the exception of a small shallow chip in the upper right hand corner. (Shown in the last photo). A rare find for Napier Jewelry collectors.
