Cindy Lou Who inspired Halloween costume also doubles as a cute Christmas outfit. Size 9-12 runs more like 12-18 imo. For reference my daughter was 14 months at Halloween and worn it again at Christmas with room to grow. Elastic waistband, adjustable straps, adjustable boot covers. Super well made and in excellent condition. The dress was washed and laid flat to dry, I didn't wash the cape or boot covers so fur is still like new. Paid $135 on Etsy. Packaged with care.
