As shown. See all photos. I know not who nor when nor where. Research suggests it could be from the Battery Landing Platform in New York City, likely during the time of its construction or early use, so after 1937. But I’m thinking since I found among my family things that it’s older than that and apt not to be from NYC. Though it certainly could be. It’s been many months since I sorted through family photos, so I’m not positive whence this originated. Probably mother’s mother’s side? Eternal mystery. Eternal mystery man. Mounted on board.
