Small ivory colored heavy plaster bust of Michelangelo's David, Sculptor is G. Ruggeri, this figurine/ sculpture is Made in Italy. This one stands apart because of the quality craftsmanship and material, it's a stunning reproduction of Michelangelo's David statue. The detail is amazing. It has so much personality. It almost feels like he's looking directly at you. Absolutely one of the more high quality busts that I have come across. The sculptor makes you see and almost feel David's determination to slay that giant.

Michelangelo's David statue represents the biblical and is a fine example of Italian Renaissance art.

This is a small bust, measurements are in the photographs. The sculptor's signature is stamped on the back. No chips or cracks, and in good used condition. The surface has a matte finish. There are some minor scuff marks these may be able to come off easily but given that the surface is a matte plaster of some sort, I'm hesitant to do much scrubbing.
