My Mothers Authentic Louis Vuitton Monogram Concorde Hand Bag M51190 LV FANCY

So here is some back story on this. I purchased this item for mother's day back in probably 1995- 1999
I picked this up from the LV store in 57th street in NYC.
She rarely uses this item, since she only uses for parties. It been kept in a closet and you can see from the inside, the leather is giving out ( the black stuff ).
I did not ever attempt to clean that, since I don't know how. but I hear this is common.
So the proceed on this will goto my mother , to do as she likes, since she has not used this in over 20 years.
The key is included, as you can see, its on the strap.
No other accessory or box or wrap is included. just what is shown
There is no serial number on the, or I just dont know where to look for it. but if you know where it is, I would be glad to look for it and post it as a photo.
Ask me anything, Im not sure the model but Im pretty sure its the concorde.
This does not seem like the Monceau bag. more the the concorde. correct me please
